1. Introduction
These General Conditions govern the use of the website www.villahondartza.es (hereinafter the “Site”) and the services offered by Villa Hondartza, owned by Andrés de la Presilla Tönnesmann (hereinafter the “Property”). Use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions included in these Terms and Conditions.

• Access to the Site is free, except for the cost of connection to the telecommunications network provided by the user's chosen access provider.
• The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, morality, generally accepted good customs, and public order.
• The Site may not be used in any way that violates these terms or the rights of third parties.
3.2. Content and Services
• The user agrees not to use the Site’s content for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate good faith or public order.
• The dissemination of content or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic, terrorist-related, or contrary to human rights is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Intellectual Property
• All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, designs, software, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Andrés de la Presilla Tönnesmann or his licensors.
• Content is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

4. Booking and Service Conditions
4.1. Reservations
• To make a reservation, the user must complete the online forms available on the Site.
• All reservations are subject to accommodation availability and confirmation by Villa Hondartza.
4.2. Prices and Payments
• Prices listed on the Site are expressed in Euros and include IGIC, unless otherwise stated.
• Reservations and payments are managed through the service provider Kross Booking.
• Once the reservation is confirmed, full payment or a deposit will be required, according to the methods indicated during the booking process.
4.3. Inclusions in the Stay Price
The stay price includes:
• All applicable taxes
• Normal consumption of water and electricity
• Towels, bed linens, and amenities such as TV, WIFI, etc.
• Kitchen utensils and tableware
4.4. Exclusions from the Stay Price
The stay price does not include:
• Extra activities not selected during the booking process
• Additional services requested during the stay, which must be paid directly at the Property
• Any service not explicitly listed under “Inclusions in the Stay Price,” such as pool heating, extra cleaning, etc.
4.5. Maximum Capacity and Room Conditions
• The maximum occupancy of the villa is 6 people.
• Pets of any kind or size are not allowed.
• The Property reserves the right to deny access in case of discrepancies in the number of guests, age, or presence of pets, without refund.
• Guests agree to return the villa in the same condition as received, except for cleaning, which is the Property’s responsibility.
• Guests must follow usage instructions provided by the Property and maintain respectful behavior toward neighbors and the peace of the area.
• Failure to comply may result in expulsion without compensation and charges for damages caused.
4.6. Arrival and Departure
• Guests must communicate their estimated arrival time to the Property.
• Villa keys will be handed over upon arrival.
• Keys must be returned to the Property at the end of the stay within the scheduled check-out time.
4.7. Cancellations and Modifications
• Cancellations or changes to reservations must be communicated exclusively in writing via email to [email protected].
• Cancellation conditions are indicated at the time of booking according to the following policies:
Cancellation Policies:
1. Stays booked with Non-Refundable Rate:
o Cancellation results in the total loss of the stay amount.
o The Property may retain the amount already paid or charge the client’s credit/debit card.
2. Stays booked with Standard Rate:
o The client may cancel the reservation without penalty within 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
o For cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, the Property will retain the full deposit or paid amount as a penalty.
o In general, failure to check in, cancellation during the stay, or late cancellation will result in the loss of the paid amount or a charge for the full stay, including total or partial cancellation.
5. Data Protection Policy
• Personal data provided by clients during the booking process and use of the Site will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Booking data is managed through the service provider Kross Booking.
6. Liability
6.1. Disclaimer for Site Operation
• Andrés de la Presilla Tönnesmann does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
• Under no circumstances shall Andrés de la Presilla Tönnesmann be liable for damages resulting from access to or use of the Site.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
• Andrés de la Presilla Tönnesmann reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Changes will be published on the Site and will take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the Site after changes are published implies acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
• For any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Conditions, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Las Palmas de GC, Spain.
